Do You Offer Gift Certificates?

Gift certificates are currently offered in-store only. To purchase a gift certificate, visit us at our store in Oakland, New Jersey!

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards including AMEX and Discover. We currently do not accept Paypal.

What is Your Return Policy?

For items purchased in store, please refer to your receipt as the return policy may vary based on the item(s) purchased.  If you are unable to locate your receipt, you may contact the store for more information.

 

For items purchased on jewelrybymands.com, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.  Merchandise must be in new and unused condition.  All returns require the original sales receipt or packing slip or a copy.  Returns will be credited in the original form of payment.  ALL PIECES THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  Ring sizing fees are non-refundable.  For your convenience, purchases made on Jewelrybymands.com can also be returned to the store.  

    

 

Unfortunately, custom designed or engraved items are non-returnable. However, if you notice an error or defect in the item that you received, please contact us as soon as possible.  These issues will be handled on a case by case basis.

 

How to Return or Exchange an Online Purchase via Mail

 

When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please call our store at 201-651-0600 to verify that you are within the return period.  Once you have verified that you are with the return period, please follow the return instructions below based on your original order type.

 

Standard Online Orders – The returned item should be insured for its full value.  We are not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit.  Original shipping charges will be refunded only if we have sent the wrong item or if the item is defective.  Returns by mail or common carrier must be sent to:

Upon receipt of your order, with the required receipt and/or packing slip, we will either ship a replacement or credit the original purchase

Do You Fix Jewelry?

We are happy to fix any piece of jewelry you may have, even if it was not purchased with us, for a reasonable rate. Whether a clasp is broken or a watch battery needs to be replaced, we are happy to help. Visit us at our store in Oakland, New Jersey to have your jewelry fixed!
